Bachrach teaches Innovation and Emotional Intelligence in both, the MBA and the Undergraduate programs in Argentina and Spain while dedicating most of his time working with businessmen and women, teachers and elite sport people. He is also a Leadership & Neuroscience in Business Research Professor and Academic Director of an Executive Education Program in Creativity & Innovation at the School of Business, Torcuato Di Tella University.
